Registration requests are reviewed by RenegadeRP administrators. For account or data deletion questions, open a support ticket on the official RenegadeRP Discord support server.
What do you provide when registering?
Your username, email, password and optionally your name or nickname and Discord username. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes. Administrators can see request contact fields, status and submission time.
What are the data used for?
To create your account, review registration requests and manage access. Email addresses are not public or used for marketing emails. We currently do not send automatic verification or notification emails; the address is not marked as verified.
Technical data and storage
The server stores login sessions, playlists, registration status and technical access logs. An IP address hash is used for rate limiting. This browser tab stores the session token in sessionStorage. The radio website has no analytics or advertising trackers.
Registration and account details remain in the system for account and access administration until the account is deleted. Contact administrators to review, correct or delete them. Do not add sensitive or unnecessary personal information.
Your uploaded music
Choose Only me or Community when uploading MP3s. Private tracks are available only to your account. Approved members can listen to, download and use shared tracks in playlists; your username is shown. You can change visibility or delete your uploads. Administrators may remove shared uploads. This does not revoke copies already downloaded by others. Upload only content you have the right to store or share.
Shared tracks are also automatically used in public restaurant AutoDJ broadcasts. Making a track private blocks new broadcast requests; a song already buffered may finish.
Your language choice is stored in browser localStorage or the app's local settings. It is not used for tracking.
Offline music
Downloaded songs are stored in the app's folder on your phone. Remove them through the app menu. Signing out deletes app downloads. Offline access lasts up to 30 days after the last successful check. A disabled account is blocked when the app next contacts the server or the offline period expires.
